Luria-Bertani (LB) Broth

To 1000 mL deionized water add:

Bacto-Tryptone 10.0 g
Bacto yeast extract 5.0 g
NaCl 10.0 g

LB/Amp/X-gal

To 1000 mL of LB media add:

1 mL 50 mg/mL Ampicillin
1 mL 40 mg/mL X-gal

Photobacterium (PB)

To 1000 mL deionized water add:

Tryptone 5.0 g
Yeast Extract 2.5 g
Ammonium Chloride 0.3 g
Magnesium Sulfate 0.3 g
Ferric Chloride 0.01 g
Calcium Carbonate 1.0 g
Monopotassium Phosphate 3.0g
Sodium Glycerol Phosphate 23.5 g
Sodium Chloride 30.0 g

Good Vibrio Medium (GVM)
