The FOTO/Analyst® Investigator/Eclipse workstation features the FOTO/Eclipse® Benchtop Darkroom with gliding transilluminator platform for easy access to gels, epi-white light LEDs for framing, focusing, and opaque samples, and safety-interlocking door to prevent accidental UV exposure.

The Investigator/Eclipse includes a CCD camera with continuous manual zoom lens, transilluminator and photographic filter.

The unique live image feature lets you adjust camera settings while viewing real-time changes on a full-size computer monitor. The flexible integration feature offers continuously adjustable exposure settings rather than a limited number of presets. This gives you the control to optimize image quality while maximizing sensitivity. As little as 0.1 ng of ethidium bromide-stained DNA can be detected. You can also show saturation, crop, label, save, and more.

Choose a system with either the FOTO/UV® Transilluminator for ethidium bromide and other fluorescent-stained gels, or the patented FOTO/Convertible™ Dual Light Transilluminator for fluorescent and visible-light applications.

Choose between several camera options, including 8-bit/0.4 megapixel black & white, 12-bit/1.4 megapixel black & white, and 12-bit/1.4 megapixel color.

Available for the PC or Mac, with or without thermal printer.
